What <TheAlchemist> recommended is one way, but if you think there are things on there, and do not wish to take a risk, try to repair the USB. 'Pending on what system you are using, and what version, (especially windoze) right clicking on the drive, should bring up options on what you want to do. Let me know if you need more help.
