| Dec-23-10 | | talisman: JESS! coming through in the clutch! |

Dec-23-10
 | | jessicafischerqueen: I formally protest the technical nature of <technical draw's> tallying procedure, citing them as both jejune and picayune. I also demand a recount in advance.
Hey <MannBee> remember two years ago? wheee |

| Dec-23-10 | | hms123: <Wannabe> Seasons Greetings! |
|
| Dec-23-10 | | crawfb5: Having been nominated, I suppose it would be good form to actually <vote> in some categories. Funniest kibitzer: <technical draw> Not because of his granddaughter, as I am notoriously immune to the grandchildren of others, be they sad or not. No, this time of year I need the $20... I'll think about other categories, but first I think I need a nap. |

| Dec-23-10 | | technical draw: <I formally protest the technical nature of <technical draw's> tallying procedure, citing them as both jejune and picayune.> Hello, mrs jessica. I am teknical draws grandaughter. I know you are a nice and beautiful lady. I dont know what jejune and picayune is but I know you are very kind. My grandfather TD works a lot. he helps the orphans of africa and other places. He doesn't make much money because he gives all to charity. He tells me that he never wants nothing for himself accept to win the funnuiest kibitzer award. I dont know what that is but it makes him very happy. After finding money to feed the poor children of the world he says he like to tell jokes and make people happy. Please mrs. jessica, help my grandfather TD win funniest kibitser award. If he doesnt win he might suffer a heart attack and then what would happen to the hungry and poor children of the world? Thank you, you are very beatiful mrs. jessica. TD's grandaughter. |

 | | jessicafischerqueen: My Dear Grandaughter:
I already brokered a deal, in the Christmas spirit, earlier this year to vote for your Grandmother. I vote <technical draw> funniest kibbutz, and not just in Israel. Although I can't remember what my end of the bargain was. No doubt something tasty, though. Merry Christmas. |
|
| Dec-23-10 | | TheFocus: I want to vote for <TD>'s granddaughter as <Most Loving Granddaughter>. Is thaat a category? Sniff, boo hoo, sob!
Does anyone have a hankie? Tissue?
Sleeve again, I suppose. |
|
Dec-23-10
 | | Phony Benoni: Darn it. Had I known having a Loving Grandaughter was a requirement to be Funniest Kibitzer, I would have started the process years ago. It may be too late for this year. |
|
| Dec-23-10 | | crawfb5: <PB> It might not be too late to rent one. |
|
| Dec-23-10 | | TheFocus: <technical draw> You tried to accuse me of trying to get the sympathy vote. And then you shamelessly use your granddaughter?!!? I think YOU are using her to get the sympathy vote. Man, look, you are funny. We all know it. We put you on a pedestal. Your quips and jokes are retold around every water cooler and in every barber shop in America. Just the other day while strolling through Congress, I heard VP Joe Biden tell a laughing group of Senators, "That is another zinger from <TD>. I can't take credit for that one. Good ole <TD>. Hey, Barry. Mr. President, let me tell you what <technical draw> said." |
|
Dec-23-10
 | | chancho: I'm voting for <TD>.
Dude's funny what can I tell ya! |
|
Dec-23-10
 | | jessicafischerqueen: <caucho>
Busted! You had already promised to vote for <TD> as funniest kibbutzer, because remember you had voted for me before in that category- and <TD> successfully convinced you this was a betrayal on the magnitude of Pearl Harbor, and you pledged to vote for him in perpetuity. That's a pretty funny story- true as well.
I will mark the occasion by voting a second time for <TD> this year. In the spirit of Florida election history, I plan to vote for him up to eleven times. |
|
Dec-23-10
 | | chancho: I remember it well <Jess>. :-) |

 | | WannaBe: <malthrope> have not been seen since Dec. 16th, I hope he is well, and I <DO> look forward to his 10 paragraph post on who/why/how/when he is going to vote in each category this year. =) |

| Dec-24-10 | | crawfb5: <SwitchingQuylthulg: No voting yet, guys. Just nominations. | | OhioChessFan: I think it would be okay to post a nomination notice on the World game and POTD just to reach a broader audience. |
|
| Dec-24-10 | | technical draw: Yes, I think switchy is right. Hold the votes til election time. Maybe funniest kibitzer should be first? |

 | | Phony Benoni: The damage has been done for this year, but I propose that the Caissar Committee (all of him) should look into Federal Campaign Funding so that other potential <Funniest Kibitzer> candidates afford the advertising blitz <technical draw> is able to finance with his constant $20 levies. It's funny how he keeps convincing people he's the Funniest Kibitzer. Although, come to think of it, I guess that's the point. |
