Jan-13-12  frogbert: wannabe, it wasn't meant as criticism towards you or anyone else - no reason to feel attacked. imho the criticism was <constructive>, i.e. not saying "this sucks", "this is bad", but instead suggesting <what> to improve, <how> and even <when> (not now).

<I posted a call for committee to discuss matter, I posted it in my profile and on Kibitz'r cafe.>

despite your laudable efforts, i didn't get your memo. it's not criticism, it's a fact.

Jan-13-12  bumpmobile: <WannaBe: Personal log, Stardate 2012, January, 12th. Approx. 24 min. left in voting, no change(s) since my check-point post. USS Wabbit is enroute to Outpost 153423 in the Beta quadrant, Spock is being Spock, Chekov is speaking in a language that I can't understand, and Bones is...

End personal log.> Okay, how many others out there are still in "Holiday Present Hunt Mode" and felt compelled to check 153423 as a game ID?

WannaBe: Just finished 'Leningrad' by Anna Reid, great, great book, on an horrific event. Gonna start on 'van Gogh' by Naifeh and Smith, 890+ pages of book! Plus coloured plates of paintings!!

Small print! Okay, maybe 8pt fonts, and the papers are thin! I can't hardly wait to digest the knowledges that lies within!

Okay, carry on, as you were, keep voting!!

Jan-13-12  tolengoy: your welcome sir <wannabe>
Jan-13-12  tolengoy: <'A beautifully written evocation of Ukraine's brutal past and its shaky efforts to construct a better future…Borderland is a tapestry woven of the stories of all its inhabitants, recording their triumphs and their conflicts with the fairness of a compassionate outsider'>

Sir <wannabe> sounds interesting.. if my time permits i will also read this and share some thought with you....
