WannaBe: In case I forgot, congrats to them Lady Bruins. =)) U. Mich (69-63) won, but the last spread I saw was -6.5, so if you took UConn w/ spread, you got very lucky, if you bet on them U. Mich, I feel bad; the O/U was 148.5

WannaBe: <CIO> LOL. I remember those mems... <chancho> North by Norwest, totally agree, the audiences know that the plane scene was filmed earlier and played on a screen behind. It was still drama. Same thing with the Mt. Rushmore chase scene.

WannaBe: ¡Olé! ¡Olé! this is what I see for "¡Olé! ¡Olé!" (game of the day Mar-13-2026) I also know this issue have been around for a while, and it's not that important, in IT term, it is a level 'C', cosmetic fix. But I just wish to report it again. Can CG.com unify this ...

WannaBe: <FSR> March 11 is his birthday, and usually PoD is chosen from the birth date of the player. So unless CG.com decides to change the algorithm on how PoD is decided. We will randomly get "undesired" player(s).

WannaBe: Many of you know, that I do not root for 'SC. Seriously, though. I wish Steve Sarkisian lots of luck & good wishes.

I have friends in AA, I have friends die of alcohol and substance abuse. And it's a tough one to come out and admit that. Many people hides it and hides it well, but it will get you, sooner or later.

With that said, I hope them Dodgers finish that series in 4 games, else game 5 would interfere with Ucla@Stanford on Thursday night. =))

Oct-12-15  NakoSonorense: 32k is not a lot. I've been out of here for a long time and I have over 7k!

Need to pick it up, <WannaBe>!

WannaBe: <chancho> I've seen some fan-made episodes, and I've seen two of the 'movies' made by past members.

I like the 'movies' better. The two are

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_...

You will recognize many familiar names in the cast, but the movies are still 'low budget' crowd funding.

The new studio released reboot movies are OK, they feed my 'junkie' needs. =)

But man, in the last one where Kirk died (and brought back to life) then Spoke showed emotion screaming "Khaaaaaaaaan".

Ugh! How much can you rip-off the original Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan??

  WannaBe: From ESPN NCAAF:

<Joe Schad
@schadjoe

Have you seen Stanford RB Christian McCaffrey? Explosive. Wears #5 for idol Reggie Bush.>

He idolize someone who (voluntarily) forfeited his Heisman, got USC on NCAA probation for accepting inappropriate benefits??

Sammy Sosa and Mark McGwire are my idols.

Oct-16-15  Jim Bartle: Yikes. Idolizing a guy whose college gave his parents a house is one thing. Idolizing a USC player: unforgivable.
Oct-16-15  NakoSonorense: What a silly way to give away the tying run! Grrrr! Idiots!

Oct-24-15  Jim Bartle: USC ran all over Utah, hard to figure anything in the Pac12. Stanford doesn't play Utah unless it's in the championship game.

I do wish it were still the Pac10, and everybody played everybody. And Stanford not being in the same division as USC and UCLA is just not right.
