| Jan-12-06 | | NakoSonorense: On a second thought, I also vote for 5...Nf6. The reason for this is that we have to start considering castling as well as developing our soldiers. I agree with Ron that 5...a6 is too passive, we have to start attacking them! |

6. Bg5 e6 (More traditional, along the lines of Naj. or Schevn.) 6. Bg5 Nbd7 (a tad unusual response to Bg5, most common is e6, see above.) 6. Be3 or Be2 or Bd3 (A little timid/defensive. I do not anticipate The Knightmares to play this.) 6. Bb5+ Bd7 7. Bxd7 Nxd7 (unlikely to be played, it trades off bishops, black gets to develope a piece.) 6. Bb5+ Bd7 7. 0-0 (has possibilities.)
Those are what I see as possible moves for team The Knightmares. |
