All they had to do was win one game of the next four and they were in the world series. But alas it was not to be. They lost the next two games in Boston but not to worry the last two games will be played in Yankee stadium. Surely the Yanks could win one of two games at home, right? But they did not. Not even Mariano Rivera could save one game. It was just awful. Even Boston's David Ortiz lost hope when the Yanks were up 3-0 saying that the Yankees were "their daddy".
