:( As for asking for a draw, isn't that a way of giving up? You're essentially saying that not only are you convinced, within reasonable doubt, that they can win, you are also saying that they will win, that we can't stop them from doing so, & that it's impossible for them to err in any way, shape or form at any point during the future of the game. I strenuously disagree with this analysis & firmly believe that we do, in fact, have a winning chance, & not merely a drawing one. But you're welcome to disagree. I just think that it's a shame & a defeatest attitude to ask for a draw, which at least may develop into a habit
&/or an attitude that may/will cost you winnable games in the future, just because you misperceived them as hopeless draws! My official vote is against such a request. If you're aiming for a majority, then my vote might as well be silence. If you're aiming for unanimity, then I apologize for any & all inconvience incurred by continuing the game just because of my lone vote. As alway, thank you most kindly for your anticipated & continued

leading to a draw, Qf3+ giving up the 8th rank after Kc7, or Qc6+. If 56.Qc6+, then 56...Rc7, 57.Qa8/e8+ Kb6
(although Qe6 is more ideal because they can still go to the 6th rank with check & protect the pawn from there. In
fact, it saves them a tempo because once they jump to g6 from e8, it sets it up in place to assist the Kingside advance. But I guess that also makes it
overloaded!)
