Feb-10-15  lainulo: <Virtually every other post you make earns you a new ignorer. Without even reading what you've posted>

How could you know if someone reads my post or not. do you have a cctv camera installed in the household of every kibitzer to enable you to see them as they go over my posts?

Feb-10-15  Sokrates: <chessgames.com: <Sokrates> I did read the serious content of your post and appreciated it; I did not reply directly because it overlapped similar talk at the time.> Thanks. Duly noted and all's fine.
Feb-10-15  lainulo: this is the saddest day in cg history. the day democracy finally died. It suffered a stroke earlier (i.e. nanobrain's banning ) and was way into full recovery if not for the sudden attack of cholesterol (i.e. cry baby appaz reporting to daddy) which plugged the arteries and caused the rupture and hemorrhage spreading to the what's left of the brain.

I offered you a way out...i.e. the adoption of a cg constitution upholding the rule of law and the observance of the precepts of justice, truth, equality and freedom in the conduct of the daily lives of its citizens, premium members and trolls alike.

Instead, you chose the easier path which turned out to be a dead end. In the absence (or diminishment) of the freedom of speech which you advocated leading to a witch hunt of innocent civilians branded as trolls by a blood thirsty imperial army, cg has travelled a century back to the times of the barbarians where the rule of the mob takes over the affairs of the state...anarchy once again reigns supreme...civil society stepping out to obscurity. a perfect broth for world war III.

Feb-10-15  lainulo: <witch hunt of innocent civilians branded as trolls>

I plead innocent to any crime...but admit my culpability and guilt for exercising my freedom to express my own opinion. Ignore me all you want. I nothing against the ignore button policy.

But this kibitzing brake is a different story penalizing me for the unpopularity of my opinion- a gag order issued hastily without the determination of probable cause- this lack of due process would be immediately stricken by the supreme court as unconstitutional hence null and void and not binding on trolls and premium members in an online community.

This is in effect an appeal for reason and sobriety- kindly take the policy on kibitzing brake away and restore by unlimited kibitzing privilege without delay.

Feb-10-15  lainulo: < exercising my freedom to express my own opinion.>

Magnus is pampered.

Wesley is the true chess messiah.

That's my opinion and it's here to stay.

You can take it or leave it...or ignore me.

But it does not give you the right to limit what I have to say to 2 posts per day.

As I've said before, the freedom of speech and due process are inalienable rights.- a right according to natural law, a right that cannot be taken away, denied, or transferred

i.e. beyond the authority of any government or international body or online community to dismiss.

Feb-10-15  MarkFinan: <<I offered you a way out...i.e. the adoption of a cg constitution upholding the rule of law and the observance of the precepts of <justice, truth, equality and freedom in the conduct of the daily lives of its citizens, premium members and trolls alike.>>

You've lost your damn mind, Tolly! You've just made 3 posts so I don't know what you're complaining about. Just move on, don't protest too much, learn from old lennonfans mistakes, lol.

Feb-10-15  Appaz: I can see from <MarkFinan>s post that the troll has posted here, making his usual grandiose claims about freedom of speech again.

Time for the obligatory XKCD explanation on the matter, it really says it all: http://imgs.xkcd.com/comics/free_sp...

Feb-10-15  MarkFinan: Appaz.. Did you make that?
Feb-10-15  Appaz: <chancho> "Yeah, remarkable bird, the Pinoy Rainbow Colored, beautiful plumage, innit?"
Feb-10-15  Appaz: <Mark> No, of course not, I could never draw that good.

Domdaniel: As a regular member of a <tirosemiophile> site - for those who collect used labels from French cheese boxes - I ... what?

You mean everyone will laugh at me now?

Feb-10-15  Jim Bartle: <i.e. beyond the authority of any government or international body or online community to dismiss.>

I can find that referring to government or international bodies virtually anywhere, but I can't find it for an online community no matter how hard I search.

Feb-10-15  Appaz: ...and now for something completely different: <chessgames.com>, would it be possible to have some sort of notice when anything is posted to your forum after you last checked it?

I have this lazy friend who is not very good at checking his forum at regular intervals, and that leads to some embarrassing late responses to any kibitzing there.

chessgames.com: Appaz, not a new suggestion, but a good one.

Ideally it might work like this: that little [PROFILE] button in the upper right, it could turn a different color if you have a new post on your profile page. Then when you go to your profile page it would change color back to normal.

Feb-10-15  Appaz: <chessgames> Yes, a notice on the front page would make it easy to spot and do the job for "my lazy friend" :)
Feb-10-15  Gottschalk: The first game must have inspired Kasparov or someone on your team in the match against Anand.

the same recycled group of garbage all over again.

Feb-10-15  lainulo: garbage in...garbage out.

this is not the way to treat the chess public. they deserve a better show- the one that keeps them awake than make them fall into a deep state of sleep- i.e. a naturally recurring state characterized by altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, and inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles.

Feb-10-15  thegoodanarchist: <Sokrates: <thegoodanarchist> ... But let's forget about all this and move on to the main theme, how we can free CG from the annoying trolls. Right now, however, it's bedtime in Copenhagen, so adieu>

Agreed, and I look forward to any future discussions with you regarding chess and other topics.

Feb-10-15  thegoodanarchist: <Abdel Irada: .... And in the manner of every sadistic sociopath who ever poisoned every well he could reach,...>

I dunno, this seems a little bit harsh. Can you get the point across without calling someone a sociopath?
