| Apr-08-16 | | luftforlife: <SwitchingQuylthulg>: Thanks so much for your informative and constructive reply, and for the links to prior kibitzes addressing the topics I raised. Your reply was thoughtful and helpful, and I'm grateful for your consideration. Kind regards. |

| Apr-09-16 | | zanzibar: Can <CG> tell me who submitted the bulk of the games to <Vienna (1882)>? And, are the submitted games the same as the games being disturbed today? OK, thanks. |

| Apr-09-16 | | MarkFinan: <Robed.Bishop: Don't sugar-coat it, <Mf>, tell us how you really feel about him.> ✌ Lol.
Daniel.. I <really> need you to wipe the <MarkFinan> handle from this site. You can keep all my posts in your database or whatever you do when people have their username deleted but I need to get away from this site knowing there's no trace of me ever being here. Let's face it... There's a few people here who wouldn't mind one bit :) I shouldn't have lost my temper and come posting here because of one of your members, but I was eating out with my family and was disrupted by phone calls due to a certain member of your site. I'm not used to dealing with people I can't physically get my hands on, and I'm certainly not used to dealing with someone who is <infatuated> with me. I shouldn't have come here using language like I did especially with you. I've had a week sat in police station, solicitors offices, CAB, on the phone to certain people and emailing certain people and I've had enough. I need this sorting out asap because I've started doing really well for myself and I'm busy day and night. What I'm doing regarding a certain member of your site needs to be done, I never knew people like him existed and I've met some <very> bad people in my life! Never a weird one like him though!? I just need to post something in Karposian's forum and once he's read it I would be eternally grateful if you just wiped my name from the history of Chessgames.com. <tpstar> Sorry fatty :) |

| Apr-09-16 | | Keyser Soze: Paranoid delusion is a serious thing..I don`t even bother with those kind of posts (got used already). What I find kind of surprising is some people here on Cgs buying all this hoopla. Funny thing , I <<never>> <<ever>> had a twitter account (I can't stand twitter), or youtube (?!) account (?!). Now people are acusing other members to call on their homes!? How is that even possible? What`s next?
Someone knocks on their door..Oh he`s gone! Guess who it was? The soup got cold. Whose fault it is? Guess who?
"My phone went dead. Who sent me a virus?" Guess who? "I got fired yesterday. Someone told something for my employer!" Guess who? Unfrickinbelievable.
Yes Daniel, delete at least those kind of posts here and on Kcafe. Im on this site since 2005. So, the old timers might now better about me, and about who came years later and had problems with literally half of the community ..But it is ok.. Oh, and for the record, never mind the wipe out..I already saved all years of bullying here. Im positive that might help with someone's "legal cough cough! case" . <tpstar> lol! |

 | | offramp: As you may know I've only visited the kibitzer cafe three times. That's in like twelve years. Why do people visit that music sharing forum? Why not close it down, delete all the posts from the year 2000 and start again? |
|
| Apr-09-16 | | zanzibar: <offramp> in Boston we had the concept of <The Combat Zone>, aka <The Zone> for those in the know. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comba...
One of the ideas was to somehow corral such activity into one location, preventing its diffusion to other neighborhoods. Somehow, I think similarly of the Cafe. Maybe it should be renamed? |
|
Apr-09-16
 | | offramp: <zanzibar:> I see the concept and I think you are, and it, are probably right. THAT Kibitzers Cafe must stay. No matter who calls for its occlusion. |
|
| Apr-09-16 | | MarkFinan: <Funny thing , I <<never>> <<ever>> had a twitter account> Funny thing is.. People can use search kibitizing under your previous handle and see clear as day that you asked for a conversation with me on facetime <on twitter!> I'm pretty sure Karpy remembers that post and I know 100% for a fact that Daniel could pull it out. As for the rest. Wait and see :)
Ps. Don't address me again. |
|
| Apr-09-16 | | MarkFinan: https://twitter.com/chessienda/stat... Check out this tweet, scroll down a bit for another 10 tweets.. Then come back here and deny your infatuated with me. Daniel Freeman knows what's going on. 95% of people here don't yet the only person who talks to you is harrylime! LOL. Look at all the views over the past 20 days and look where they're coming from. I thought I'd get pleasure from what's about to happen to you but I don't. It's taken up too much of my time already. One more thing. Wait and see :) |
|
| Apr-09-16 | | Keyser Soze: Its that your "case"?? Hilarious. Anyway ,It ain't me. Go study something on your life, mister. I did. EVEN if it was me (or somebody) that ain't a crime in my country.
You are obsessive in put me in jail. You should be obessive in getting a job.Nice job to handle your juridic tactics of faking your agorafobia to everybody see , right.";"' Can you handle the disappointment later? Will you handle your delusion when reality smash on your head? Its been months you keep repeating that, embarrassing yourself here to everybody to see. Wait and see, pleb: No person with a criminal record (in internet and on real life) like you in England will do nothing against a foreigner. Especially because you don't have a case and confessing faking psychological trauma. Again I really hope you can handle the disappointment and don't go kill any muslim there..Sorry if you are miserable. Not my fault. All yours..Ok? But hey! knock knock! Answer the door

| Apr-09-16 | | MarkFinan: And ftr.. How did I get your home address, your IP address etc etc? Because the homosexual emails you send me dummy, lol. Even Daniel has seen them there's about 3000 of them. Just don't do the locomotion when you're in that slummy Brazilian jail, or if you must insist... Make sure your stood at the back, or Whoops! LMAO. You'll see, and so will everyone else. I can't link pornographic material to this site or my twitter but Daniel has seen the proof (you're forgetting he has your IP address too? Tut tut) and so have the police. Go do some research.. I was taking a holiday in Holland when you started and I can prove <everything>. You have <NO IDEA> what's coming to you Mr 'I don't own a twitter account' who asked me to facetime him... On twitter! |

 | | chessgames.com: <Mark Finan> <I need to get away from this site knowing there's no trace of me ever being here. > Sorry, it is our policy to not do that. It was your decision to use what I presume is your real name, you used it for years and years in full knowledge and expectation that it would be archived. Then one fine day dictate that we should play clean-up for years of what you've been doing for years. If, hypothetically, we did allow for that, there would have to be a fee involved. It's a sensitive operation that could take days of skilled labor. But even assuming you have your checkbook at the ready, sorry, no deal. We no longer engage in bulk historical revisionism. |

 | | chessgames.com: <zanzibar: Can <CG> tell me who submitted the bulk of the games to <Vienna (1882)>?> Sadly there is no easy way to determine that without resorting to "forensics." I can find out if the need is pressing. What difference does it make? <And, are the submitted games the same as the games being disturbed today?> I've researched the issue of "disturbed TI games" and have reached a conclusion. If you could point me towards an example or two of a "disturbed game" it would be very helpful for us. The answer to your question is probably "yes" but a link to a game page would do wonders to confirm that. |

| Apr-09-16 | | MarkFinan: <chessgames.com: <Mark Finan> <I need to get away from this site knowing there's no trace of me ever being here. >
Sorry, it is our policy to not do that.>
Then what happened to the Kkderek username?
<It was your decision to use what I presume is your real name,> You know it's my real name.
<you used it for years and years in full knowledge and expectation that it would be archived.> Then archive it! Just like you did with the Kkderek handle! <Then one fine day dictate that we should play clean-up for years of what you've been doing for years.> I don't know what you mean by "what I've been doing" and I could care less but why will you delete certain people's handles but not mine?? |
|
| Apr-09-16 | | MarkFinan: Btw.. Go back through your archives to the Kkderek username and you tell me and everyone else on this site that the boy who's <<never ever ever>> had a twitter account once asked me to facetime him on twitter?? |

| Apr-09-16 | | zanzibar: <chessgames> OK, I made a lot of typos, or Freudian slips, most are usually very innocence. Boringly so... But substituing "disturbing" for "distributing" is one of my more interesting, and... a bit revealing? I was fishing for the forensics in this case because the games are exceptionally good - world standard in fact. I was wondering who did, so to have a mark of confidence/excellence. Same for wondering if the good batch was submitted as is, or if correction slips were involved. Specifically, I'm talking about <Vienna (1882)>. There are many games which <CG> gets right, and <CB/NIC/365> get wrong. Perhaps this will because an extended streak, but in my experience, <Vienna (1882)> and <Berlin (1881)> are stand-out good. OK, thanks. |
|
| Apr-09-16 | | zanzibar: "Perhaps this will because..."
is a typical typo for me. Should read...
"Perhaps this will become..."
See what I mean. Boring. |

| Apr-09-16 | | zanzibar: A mystery... Adolf Schwarz (kibitz #10) |
|
| Apr-09-16 | | MarkFinan: <He asked to have his handle deleted and we agreed. Perhaps the difference between ********** and KKDEREK is that KKDEREK virtually never discussed chess, so his contributions aren't missed.

 | | chessgames.com: <disturbing/distributing> Ah, OK, that explains a lot. In interest of your research I'll see what I can learn by looking at the PGN submissions. <Mark> KKDEREK was exactly the straw that broke that camel's back. Proof positive that it's an insane policy. We'll never do it again. |

 | | chessgames.com: <zanzibar: A mystery... Adolf Schwarz (kibitz #10)> Hardly, somebody shared a chessgames URL that's not suitable for sharing and unsurprisingly it doesn't work for everybody else who clicks on it. (The URL specified page=2 which would only make sense if you have your preferences set exactly as the person sharing the link.) |
|
| Apr-09-16 | | zanzibar: <chessgames> OK, I see, it was a post I made on <Vienna (1882)>. I thought I made it on the player's page.
OK, thanks.
Lesson - I should have read the comments on the page before I started in on the tournament. Then I would have seen my own, somewhat useful, post. Ah the bitter irony! |
