as <alchemist> pointed out, Botvinnik played it a lot. His favorite was the Stonewall variation.

The most famous Dutch game from Black's point of view has to be

Bogoljubov vs Alekhine, 1922

And from White's point of view, my favorite is the following positional beauty

Petrosian vs Korchnoi, 1946

As for someone who plays slightly worse than Alekhine and Petrosian, I love playing against the Dutch and recently won a game against it in our CO chess league (again, slightly lower quality than Bundesliga but then who cares)
