<BTW: Our <<"Top Secret">> project is still very much on my mind... ;) Let me say this I want you to be involved with <<"My Day with Bobby">> and I promise to get a skeleton sketch e-mail sent to you soon (this weekend perhaps?) dealing with this and all of our secret stuff too! ~lol~>

I'll need all the help I can get to write my epic for our Bobby!!! :D

Thanks Jess for spreading the news to <Open Defense>, <achieve>, <hms123> and, of course, the one and only - Robert James Fischer

Happy New Year Jess! :XD

All the Best, Your pal, - Mal

PS: I noticed you may have changed your e-mail addy recently? Can I please get the current one you're favoring! ;) My e-mail addy, of course, remains the same. :)

Dec-31-09  madlydeeply: thanks jess! that was one euphoric afternoon playing in that simul it was so surreal! plus she had just tagged carlsen, anand, morozevich, and jakovenko during the rapid/blitz stuff last month... she's going to be a top ten like judit, yeah? now i'm a big fan.

plus did you know that cheetahs all have the exact DNA? there is a bunch of interesting cheetah stuff...they sit like dogs and can be trained like dogs, plus their spot hair is dog hair but their other hair color is cat hair! (or maybe the other way around).

i read that somewhere.

Later!

He mimed Lake Huron
And, though feeling weary
Gave his impression of old Lake Erie
While acting Niagara
He took some falls

Those Viagra crystal balls".
Then a voice spoke out
From the deep interior:
"In Jess's house, *Nobody*
Acts Superior".

Dec-31-09  Travis Bickle: <jessicafischerqueen> Wonderful video Jess!! You combine great photo's of Elvis with great imagery of thunder storms, terrific lightning shots, & a looming tornado with great timing. Also the rural roots of Elvis and his town are captured in a clever way. My favorite shot is the peaceful night scene with the tiny moon in the sky!! I also like your use of black & white with color, another breakthrough for the artist-director formerly teacher JessicaFischerQueen!!! ; P

<ELEVENTYTHOUSANDth POST>

Good grief indeed...

And more importantly to thank you for your heartfelt optimistic wishes for Lars as well; very kind.

May Joy Be Your Way as well, though we both relish a good scrap every now and then. To keep the perspective for one.

And you know Jess, I was thinking, now that you have settled the way you have in Korea, did you ever think back of the idea to maybe add a member to your household in the form of a kitty or cat?

A few years ago we talked about the option but you thought you wouldn't be secure enough and away too much to be certain of providing good care?

Just thinking out loud here... And re the emu - I have quite some heavy stuff already for you, but in concept form, and thought it to be a little "off" timingwise, at the turn of the year, to send it. Plus I am still in the middle of reading loads of material, and it isn't exactly "light" - if you catch my drift. But not less necessary and interesting though I felt I was drowning in the material at some point.

I'll quit the crypticism and you will see what I mean over the next few days.

<Jess>, I'm raising my glass of milk now here to a Healthy, happy and stirring year for you, as well!

  jessicafischerqueen: <Niels>!!

Happy New Year!

Don't worry about EMU timing, when an EMU arrives from you it's always the 'right time'.

Congratulations on your ELEVEN THOUSAND POST and I'm very honored you put it in my forum--

You are climbing the pinnacle--- and people should realize that the majority of your posts are <relevant chess posts>, to put that towering number in true perspective...

I play with the guard dog at the <Neighborhood Toxic Chemical plant> (not kidding) every day on the way to and back from work.

I call him POOPY.

I long for a cat or a dog but I live in an apartment on the 4th floor-

In my view it would be cruel to keep a cat in here because he could never go outside.

Plus I am at work sometimes 10 hours a day or more because teaching extra night classes was part of my "promotion."

?????

I thought a promotion was just more money. But it means they want more work!!!

Who knew?

I will raise my bottle of diet coke here to you and yours <Niels>--

I have a 56 day vacation now- (due to a clerical error- again, not kidding)=

So my urge to study and play chess is creeping up very strongly.

I will be EMUing you in the next day or so in fact, I've been planning to-

This EMU I want to send you is on the topic of chess psychology and "the place of chess in the life of someone who loves chess but really isn't going to get very good at it"....

And again, and as always, any topic or topics you send me in TOP SECRET will find non-judging and gentle ears from me.

I look forward to hearing from you-

Love to you and Lars,

Jess

PS I happen to like crypticism

Jan-01-10  achieve: Very kind and gentle words, Jess, thanks. Looking forward to your BEEMU as well.

<I have a 56 day vacation now- (due to a clerical error- again, not kidding)=

So my urge to study and play chess is creeping up very strongly.> Well, that is EXACTLY E-I-G-H-T full weeks of vacation you have then!

<Clerical error> - heh

And in all fairness we can take "judging" remarks from each other as long as we *know* that respect comes first, and we maintain "high level" honesty and integrity among the two of us.

Nice to hear about POOPY - heh - please pat him on the back from me next time you two "meet."

Jan-01-10  hms123: <jess> A well-informed emu is on its way.

Jan-01-10  Travis Bickle: Jess thanks for The Mazzy Star video! I like her style. Here's another song by her with very nice graphics. Please disregard the video at 5:11. The person who made this video inexplicably breaks into a Patsy Cline song and virtually destroys a great video! I had 4 years of art and it makes me crazy!! LOL Alas I couldn't find anything better so here it is. Pretend that it ends at 5:11. ; P
