I'd have to agree- you should check out <Rueben Fine> whining about Bobby Fischer and women chess players and the Russians in "The Great Chess Movie."

Part Two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vEwQ...

On a rare serious note, check out this brief, but exceedingly informative video about how to increase the buffer speed on all youtube videos.

It's very simple to do and no joke it makes the videos buffer 10 times faster.

No more of that annoying freezing:

jessicafischerqueen: <Niels> no idea on the source of those jokes.

Having read a great deal of Freud, I'm tempted to suggest there are no sources for any of his writing.

I think he just made it all up.

He would have made a good chess historian in that respect.

Oct-29-11  achieve: <SF made it all up> Haha - well, I prefer independent thinkers any day of the week, but Freud had done his homework, and if I recall correctly was quite intensely in collaboration with Jung during a number of years.

But for how long?

Until they drifted apart!

heheh

jessicafischerqueen: Aha! <technical draw> can speak German.

My dear <TD>- I already pledged my vote to you this year for "funniest kibbutzer," but I'll pledge two years in advance if you can explain why this German joke is funny:

<A boy wandered through a muddy square on his way to meet his intended, when rudely interrupted by his Großtante, laboring under a heavy load of schmutzig lederhosen. "Ha!" she cried, pointing to the cow.>

Oct-29-11  JoergWalter: <TheFocus:
I find that "Hi, I am <Focus>. I beat up chess players" works quite well for me, thank you.>

In your dreams?
I received tons of emails that you are not even allowed to be within 100m from a nightclub.

Oct-29-11  JoergWalter: But here is a story from a night club and how to do it.

Some guest usually got his drinks for free as he brought a 12 inch tall dwarf who could play a small piano very well.

The chicks were fascinated and when a girl asked him where he got this guy from, he answered from a tinker bell.

So the girl asked to be introduced to the tinker bell and make a wish, too. No problem said the guy but please tell your wish loud and clearly as the old lady is a bit deaf. So the girl said, "I want one million bucks".
All of a sudden there were dogs, many, many dogs around. The girl shouted, "I didn't asked for a million dogs - I asked for a million bucks."

So the man turned to her and said,
"I told you she is deaf or do you really think I asked her for a 12 inch pianist?"

AHHHHH AHAHAHA

Reminds me of an old friend back in Vancouver:

"It's the scummiest bar in the city, and I'm banned from it."

Oct-29-11  technical draw: <explain why this German joke is funny:>

It's funny because I see a 62 year old man wearing lederhosen like it was the 1950's. Now I can't get it out of my head , haha....

Oct-30-11  Thanh Phan: Thanks <jessicafischerqueen>! Being sick, is not to be recommended lol unless they are the target of every point of frustrate that you encounter every single day, maybe not even then lol, I don't recommend sick

The German joke, lol It's better if our <technical draw> answered it, even if it gives the poor guy nightmares about such, which appears to be the case :s

jessicafischerqueen: <rogge> it's all good, you and I have never had any real problems between us.

I happen to like "you" so I wasn't kidding when I noted that you might not be feeling that hot about chessgames.com these days.

I'm sorry about that- I'd offer some comment on that but you have all of the exact same information as me, so no need for that.

I criticized your list of alleged Rothschild banks over at the Colonel's saloon, but it's your list and your anti-Rothschild stuff I have a problem with, not with you.

Oct-31-11  Thanh Phan: <jessicafischerqueen> An offer of thanks :) to know friends are there waiting to hear of~ expresses a piece of mind that offers help during trouble, or sick that prevent me from fully viewing the current internet comments

I have read the mail that Anh sent, her English is improving I think, do not take her point of view in a harsh light is ask, she wished well I think

Being sick for so long, made me think many thoughts, poor <Domdaniel> page is full of conflict

jessicafischerqueen: <Thanh> I understood <Anh's> email perfectly, the English she uses is not difficult to read. There was nothing harsh in it, I haven't seen anything harsh in any comments to me from you or your sisters.

<dom> is a big boy and can take care of himself, we can have faith in him. He's a good man with a good heart, that's more than enough for anyone.

Oct-31-11  technical draw: <Me, on left, with glasses, you on right, with beard!!!>

That's right <WannaBe>. You stole my accordion but I stole your beer!

Oct-31-11  Thanh Phan: Thanks <jessicafischerqueen> The wording part frustrates her some, told her it takes a while before getting used to

Adding a Happy Halloween!
