jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

Apr-16-11  achieve: <Jess> It was a mess, in that my argument was to not overhype Fischer's strength because of those two whitewashes (Taiman et Bent) - upon which I referred to the interview that we recently discussed with Mark Taimanov, revealing that Bobby admitted graciously the score would be a more fair reflection of play if it'd been 3.5-2.5 after 6 games.

EXCEPT I BASED THE WHOLE ARGUMENT AND ATTRIBUTED THE QUOTE TO <BENT>!

Which rendered my argument MUTE, I thought *then*. Probably mistakenly. I zapped in disappointment and disgust, prematurely perhaps, since my argument was potentially valid.

But to be even more honest I think I was too pressed for time, or tired, to edit and re-do it all again.

In my attempt to correct it I did refer to Bent Fischer, which really did it for me when I read that back later that day.

so

1. I should have left the initial post and or corrected it in cheerful good humour

2. It's upto you to determine what happens with the mess I left after that "episode" -

hehe - well at least I can laugh back at it now.

Apr-17-11  technical draw: <JFQ> I hope you're rolling the r in arriba. Otherwise it will sound like ariba (which is the way I believe you're pronouncing it.) You're going to be a wizard in pronouncing with all those strange and foreign sounding names and words.

jessicafischerqueen: <fab4> heh- thanks for that <Robert Mitchum> appearance on "What's my Shoe Size"-

He does indeed look cheerier than in "Night of the Hunter."

What an outrageously terrible Irish accent!

Especially since he actually is Irish?
