<Hozza>

GOOD HEAVENS this "Mount" fellow belongs to Chelsea.

Why doesn't Jose throw him in the squad now? I can't possibly imagine it hurting a squad that's already comatose, though they did eke out a rare 1-0 win against inferior opposition this week.

Shouldn't Hodges consider having a look at Mount for a Blighty appearance?

England can use any kind of change or help to address the long, long list of bitter disappointments since 1964.

That's not how we do our sports around here. I'd prefer a three page response so the lads can really sink their teeth into the details.

Back in the day, I believe Broadway Joe Namath was considered a catch.

We are England. We invented the game. We don't care ! lol

I reckon the 2nd goal was actually better aesthetically.. ..

IMO, jessicafischerqueen is a catch in any league!

However, that response did not meet the 3-page-minimum. I must be off to flagellate meself for such a heinous error.

Nov-26-15  thegoodanarchist: < jessicafischerqueen:

This is why you are the queen! And always will be.

Nov-26-15  thegoodanarchist: Ooh, and I almost forgot, <Jim Bartel> failed to make a distinction between a catch and a "fair catch".

It is not only hopeless, but downright absurd, for me to even <expect> to succeed in, let alone <actually> succeed in, making hide nor hair, heads nor tails, of this <DEEP> subject, if I cannot get a simple distinction from the questioner!!

I fear that I must take my leave, and go into a state of meditation for at least a day or two, in order to overcome my consternation at this... this... downright <inhospitable> querry.

Normally, <JB> I admire and respect your posts. But this one? Shame on you! I think, for your part, your recompense should consist of the following:

Go to the theater. Watch <The Hungry Hungry Hippo Games: Barky Bird Part Deux>. Report on same. Then you will be worthy.

<Hozza> Yep you may be right about Jose dropping the ball on that Eva Carbanero scandal.

Didn't look too good when I watched that match, poor <Eden Hozzard> down on the pitch and all...

But yes Mexican manager <Mario Poncho> has lit a fire under Spurs and they have the best squad in years now.

Useful additions from near and far, especially <The Black Delialli> and Korean midfielder <Son of Sam>. One of the tightest defenses in the EPL now with Belgian internationals <Toby McGuire> and <Jan Van Vertoggeen> side by side.

And let's not forget about our Englanders! I think Spurs now have the highest number of capped players? Not just those chosen for the last match, but also Kyle Walker has appeared for England, if I'm not mistaken?

I just saw the West Ham thrashing and that was something. Hammers are tough, especially against the top sides, as you know. Man of the match for me, as he is so often, was Danish pastry <Christian Erikssen>, with his two assists and expert set piece deliveries. When he's going well Spurs go well, it seems.

Not to mention <Hurricane> back in form, in spades.

Wonderful match. Always love to see Spurs triumph at White Heart Lane eh?
