Just in case it needs clearing up, though I suspect it doesn't= <HOZZA> (harry) is participating successfully in the pun contest- his last entry, about "tongue outta cheek" is in fact leading the contest at the moment. It took me a moment to realize there are *two* cheeks in play... HAHAHAAHA
<HOZZA> is a fan of the great film in question; hence his ID name. Like the rest of you, and my other few friends at this site, he has carte blanche post and spamming privileges in my forum. His posts may be the most important of all, (how could they not be? Most are about football, the most important subject at cg.com). I believe I'm hauling coals to Newcastle here, but just in the unlikely case that any gent imagines any other gent other is not "in on the joke." Great pun contest so far, gentlemen.
Harry currently in front with "cheek," <Dom> in second with "Turd Man." Perennial contest winners <Boomie> and <hms123> now trailing, after strong starts. <Ohio's> play by play commentary is the best I've heard since <Howard Cosell> on Ali-Foreman. |

Ooh just noticed that <Ohio> has gained 3rd spot with his inspired <Shiite> pun. If this offends anyone's religious sensibilities, "El Tuffo Crappo," as they say in the Mexican Marines. According to my Father.
Over the years, I've come to suspect his accuracy on such subjects. |

Y'know, I didn't get your connection to The 3rd Man until after I posted. DOH! |

<Doug "Ginger" Baker> Thanks for that wonderful live performance of one of my favorite songs from beloved <Pete Gabriel>. Here's an "official Music Video" from George Harrison that I really like as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Wm... QUESTION: Could this be considered a "come back video" or "come back track" for George? This song was a big hit, and I'm wondering how long it was between SPENDING MONEY and his previous hit? |

<the humorous anarchist> Partly because I'm so lazy I don't usually click on any link, here or at other websites, it was a few days later that I learned that <El Chapo> was real. I laughed so hard I spit up my juice!
My father would have gone to town on this news story as well. heh... |

<Thelonious Monk>
I was already on it! I saw the first three episodes so far. I'm a big fan of Bruce in the original <Evil Dead> and the sequel, so I'm all over the TV show. It's amazing how many horror TV series there are now eh? |

<Deffi> Happy New Year! I respect your prediction. As you know, I prefer the incorrect spelling of chess master names, especially when they are mashed up. I can't even figure out which six players you combined in your pick, but that's not going to stop me putting the big bucks on him/her/they! |
