<Mark> hmmm still no email from your resend either, and <Edward Gibbon> (Travis) reporting the same.

Your email isn't going out- are you sending it from an I-phone, Android, or a Cyborg? Did you try sending it from a computer yet?

I hate email and computers, pardon my French. Yahoo is the worst company on the planet.

Apr-15-16  MarkFinan: Hang on a minute... Can someone who has my email address send me some kinda cyber bug (or whatever they're called!?) because I might know the #1 suspect if so! Seriously.. Can someone who has my email address do this kinda stuff?

<Mark> I really doubt it, unless they sent you an executable file (.exe) as a link inside the body of an email that you clicked on, or an (.exe) file as an attachment. In both cases you'd have to actually click on the link given inside the email you opened, or click to download the attachment.

I'm never heard of a virus that activates just from clicking to open a given email in your inbox, with one exception.

On hotmail at least, it was possible for someone to enter your email address into a robot database that sends spam to your email account. But nowadays most email providers (except hotmail- the worst email provider in history) will shunt all of that spam into your "spam folder" and you can just delete that en masse as it fills up, without ever opening any of the spam mails.

I switched from hotmail to youtube (marginally better) because a cg.com member put my address into a "viagara advertising spam bot database." The problem with really crappy providers (such as hotmail) is that these Ad spam bots can configure their emails to "automatically forward" anything email they send you that you open. That's how my mom used to click on an email message from me and be greeted with pop up ads promoting viagara. Many cg.com friends also got forwarded viagara ads from my emails. That's the reason I switched to yahoo. But you're on gmail right? Isn't gmail supposed to be the most secure email provider? I also have a gmail account I don't know why I don't start using that instead. Maybe I will.

You've probably already done this as a general precaution, but you might consider changing all your passwords.

<Deffi> this Ljunberg was TOP SHELF and it appears he played during the Thierry Henri golden Arsenal years. In your opinion was this the greatest Arsenal period in EPL history? I never saw a live Aresenal game from this period. My only knowledge comes from a documentary I saw on Thierry Henri.

Ljunberg could certainly put the biscuit in the basket eh?

Apr-15-16  Open Defence: it was certainly the most exciting period for me, they played counter attacking football and at times were really sublime

Bergkamp, Henri, Ljungberg were my favorites

This season I was happy West Ham United were doing well its always fun when they do

Yes. But you would have to open an attachment or click a button in the email to get infected. Never click a button in an email...ever.

Great answer to Mark's problem. You said everything I said except much more clearly and much, much more concisely.

My "explanations" are full of too many words and sentences that don't need to be there brah.
