WannaBe: In case I forgot, congrats to them Lady Bruins. =)) U. Mich (69-63) won, but the last spread I saw was -6.5, so if you took UConn w/ spread, you got very lucky, if you bet on them U. Mich, I feel bad; the O/U was 148.5

WannaBe: <CIO> LOL. I remember those mems... <chancho> North by Norwest, totally agree, the audiences know that the plane scene was filmed earlier and played on a screen behind. It was still drama. Same thing with the Mt. Rushmore chase scene.

WannaBe: ¡Olé! ¡Olé! this is what I see for "¡Olé! ¡Olé!" (game of the day Mar-13-2026) I also know this issue have been around for a while, and it's not that important, in IT term, it is a level 'C', cosmetic fix. But I just wish to report it again. Can CG.com unify this ...

WannaBe: <FSR> March 11 is his birthday, and usually PoD is chosen from the birth date of the player. So unless CG.com decides to change the algorithm on how PoD is decided. We will randomly get "undesired" player(s).

Mar-03-14  scormus: Hi <Wannabe>

Thanks, a game would be good, I had an excellent game with <The Last Straw> and also <Morfishine>

Not sure about joining a team game, I am playing quite a few games in another chess site and I really should not proliferate too much

BTW, <LMAJ> should have replied "Rumours of my death are a gross exaggeration"

Mar-04-14  scormus: Thanks, I normally try to play my moves within 24 hours, but I sometimes cannot get to it for a day or so. 3 days will suit me fine and I play <1. e4>

WannaBe: <scormus> We'll post the position at your place. (add page count for ya!! =))

Plus, it will let members go to one page and not confuse people. :-P

Mar-05-14  scormus: OK, that's the best :)
Mar-12-14  technical draw: It looks like I will become an unpaid member of GameKnot so there will be restrictions on how many if any games I can play. I do't use credit cards so I was using PayPal. But Paypal has become harder to work with than the CIA. It use to be easy to make a deposit and pay whomever.

Now they ask so many questions and too many questions that should be irrelevant that I have decided to close my PayPal account and try #2. Anyone know who #2 is?

Mar-13-14  technical draw: <WannaBe> On GameKnot I don't play on any other team or play any invitation. Right now I have to clear um my xpress card and than go back to membership. But if you sign me up for a game and get a positive response I'll play. In any event it looks like my playing days are waning.

WannaBe: Errr... 6 teams, second most after Big 12 (7 teams). 5 other conferences also have 6 teams.

WannaBe: Just found out, that UCLA's fist (err. Second Round) opponent, University of Tulsa is coached by D. Manning, of ex-Kansas U. fame and LA Clipper.
Mar-16-14  Jim Bartle: Danny Manning, what a great player. Too bad he got hurt and didn't have a great pro career.
Mar-17-14  Travis Bickle: Yo Bugs I sent you the Official site of your Oakland RAIDERZ!!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Legz... (Same guy, but he's having way tooooo much fun, doing it)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t2RZ... (Okay, it's so much fun, it should be declared illegal)

Mar-18-14  technical draw: <WannaBe> I have one team game pending, in which I'm up a piece and I lost my premium membership (or rather I did not renew it). So if it's possible set me up for some poor man's team game.
