The visitors took an early lead with 2 runs in the top of the first, but the Aces took the lead for good with 4 in the fifth, including a three-run homer. Game ended with a Tacoma batter striking out, and a final score of 6-3. |

Else you can walk to Club CalNeva for some cheap food, too!! Be there in 2 month for football kick-off. Pai-Gow table, here I come. Wheeeeeee. |

| | WannaBe: This is 'cute'. I read that Snapchat (SNAP) have closed Monday's trading $16.95 below IPO price $17.00 Some have speculated that is because the lock out period's ending soon. So, I got curious and wondering how long a lock out period is for IPO stocks. Turns out it varies, anywhere from 90 to 180 days. And also it's (fairly) common for the price of the stock to fall and volume of trading to go up first day after lock out expiration. (Early investors want to cash in their chips and collect some profit!!) And this lock out period is not SEC rule, it's company and the under writing bank(s) that determine how long it is. (Did not know that...) So I learned all that from this article: http://www.investopedia.com/ask/ans... Funny thing is, (if you didn't read the article), the first day after lock out ended, FB fell to a low of $19.69 which was about <HALF> the initial IPO price! Half!? Oh, today, FB closed at $153.50, aren't you glad you sold shares to get IPO profit? =)) |
