Kibitzer's Corner
Mar-29-07  Gypsy: <54...Kd6?> Alas, this drops the knight by force. Instead, 54...Kb1+ was necessary as then Black knight just slips from the noose.

Alekhine quickly spots the error and capitalises with 55. ♗a6, which covers the knight's escape square after 57. ♔b2.
