But don't play TOO quickly, otherwise there won't be ANY middlegame.

Nov-15-04  delterp: 7)...Nc6 wasn't the losing move here. 6)... d6?? was. It hangs the bishop on the queen check. What is instructive in this game is how white completely ignores what black is doing on the king side in favor of his own work on the queen side.

white doesn't ignore black's play on the king's side. he needn't since everything is under control.

black should have developped. 6....0-0.
