Fusilli: Black needs to play quickly and aggressively against the Bayonet attack, or he gets overrun as in this game.

For a fun game where Black was successful, see: Sax vs H Kestler, 1974.

Jan-29-12  rilkefan: Stockfish thinks black was equal after 11...Qa5 at a depth of 27. For example 12.Kb1 loses to the thematic ...Nfxe4. Instead white plays 12.a3, and soon Bxf6 and Nd5 lead to general exchanges and a completely level evaluation. I tried 12...b5 hoping to keep the qside attack going but Nf4 slows it down regardless. At least black can be pleased about reaching a position white probably wasn't aiming for with 5.h4.
