LIFE Master AJ: <FSR> You decline?

This means you are a gutless coward ... just like all of your troll buddies ...

LIFE Master AJ: <perp> Add coward to "has been" ...
Sep-20-11  Colonel Mortimer: <Besides, if <Life Wretch> actually lost, he'd never keep his word, as we all well know.>

I would go "all-in" on that.

FSR: By AJ's illogic, it was cowardly of him to abort his game against I play the Fred, which appeared to AJ to be a 10 0 game.

Me too. And he would claim for the rest of his life that his victorious opponent was a computer cheater, demand that his opponent confess to that, yada yada yada.

Not to mention demanding a copy of his driving licence and all, don't you know.

LIFE Master AJ: No, my challenge was quite clear ... 3-0 ONLY! (You can't pop in with G/25 - or an even longer time limit ... and then claimed you pressed a wrong button - I know now, that it was an intentional ploy.)

The challenge remains open, the loser leaves this site forever.

Of course we know that people who don't play chess anymore - for whatever reason - cannot possibly accept such a challenge ...

perfidious: <Life Tool> Pretty good at pointing the finger, aren't you?

How's for twenty percent of goodbye?

I'll leave you for a while to contemplate the meaning of the above, <O Great Genius>.

is that what they call a Freudian slip?

is that what they call a Freudian slip?>

Geniuses never have those, only we ordinary mortals.

  FSR: <perfidious> <Robed.Bishop> Me neither.
Sep-20-11  Colonel Mortimer: <KKDEREK:> <Yes, he chickened out badly...He blamed some bug in the system..Vintage Aj..>

After all the chest beating he simply runs away? Wow what a coward.

perfidious: <Colonel> What else have we come to expect from the hero of CG, when confronted with his hypocritical attitude? He skulks into a corner, beaten and reviled.

PS Just occurred to me that if the word 'reviled' is turned round, one gets 'deliver'. Now there's a prospect for our paragon of Christianity-eternal deliverance!

LIFE Master AJ: <Sep-20-11 nolanryan: nice game>

Thanks, I appreciate that! (I really do.)

But you should be forewarned, to pay me a comliment is to become the target of the jackals and hyenas of this site.

Sep-21-11  Colonel Mortimer: <hedgeh0g:> <LIFE Master AJ>: <All the mental illness of Fischer and none of the talent.>

That just about sums it up.

Sep-21-11  rilkefan: Does someone understand 6...Bh6? Or 8...Bg4 and 9...Bxf3? The former weakens the kside black squares (exploited by Qd2 and Nd5), the latter helps white's pressure on h1-a8 at the expense of a tempo and the minor exchange, and black still ends up playing ...h5 and getting nothing out of his knight on f5.

perfidious: <rilkefan> Not really; as you say, Black's opening play merely helped his opponent to a nice, risk-free edge, after which he made a tactical error and it was all up with him.

  LIFE Master AJ: Checked.
Oct-26-11  AnalyzeThis: 6....Bh6 is the the sort of move somebody makes because he's pre-occupied with not having a "bad" bishop. The move might be more reasonable if white had played e4, locking the pawn structure.

A good plan for black is to treat the position as a reversed Closed Sicilian. 6... Bg7 7. 0-0 Nh6 followed up soon by ....0-0 and f5.
