  chessgames.com: USA! USA!
Aug-24-18  Marmot PFL: Guess Nakamura can win this with sound extra pawn, pawns on both sides.
Aug-24-18  whiteshark: Two active ♖♖ on the hunt = enough compensation
Aug-24-18  Marmot PFL: Maybe- the white pawns might be too slow.

  PawnSac: its a tough call but white seems good for at least the draw

  Check It Out: Aronian could have played Ra4 with tempo if he first did the 45...Rg2+ 46.Kb1 Rf1+ 47.Ka2 Rg4 48.a7 Ra4+ maneuver, no?
Aug-24-18  whiteshark: Pawn races ftw
Aug-24-18  Marmot PFL: Black miscalculated something, or his intuition let him down. White puts rooks on h8 and g8 and the pawns can't move.
Aug-24-18  Gregor Samsa Mendel: The Computer thinks that black blundered away a draw with 46..g4, and that 46..Ra2, ..Rf1 or Rf6 would have drawn.

  OhioChessFan: Aronian blew this.
Aug-24-18  nok: Um, this is above my paygrade.

  OhioChessFan: Duh, missed a move played.
Aug-24-18  Marmot PFL: Black can still advance with Rh2, g2, h3, Rh1 but then white can push the b pawn. Good position to adjourn and analyze.

That's what I was thinking. Way too many rooks and pawns flying around the board.

Aug-24-18  messachess: I think Aronian has something here. He may win.
Aug-24-18  whiteshark: <52...Ke7!=> so counter-intuitive
Aug-24-18  Gregor Samsa Mendel: The Computer now thinks that this is drawn. I have no idea what to think, except that chess is difficult.
Aug-24-18  messachess: I think it's tipping towards white.

  PawnSac: yes it is drawn
Aug-24-18  Marmot PFL: Think Yasser tried to win with white and might have even lost to Maurice.
