Kenneth Mohr was born in the U.S. in 1959. He was on the chess team at Lane Technical High School in Chicago with Alberto A Artidiello, Christopher Kus, and Frederick Rhine, which won the Illinois State Championship in 1976 and 1977, Ken's junior and senior years. He has been a National Master since 1981.
