  Tabanus: As seen from a note in London Births and Baptisms:

William Josiah Tuckett was baptised in London 7 January 1814 together with his three sisters Maria, Harriot Amelia and Louisa Hobson, all four born in Berbice, South America (later British Guiana). The father Josiah Webbe, a Barrister and (probably slave-holding) Planter in Berbice had died there, after which the mother Harriot Tuckett returned to England with her children, living in Upper Guilford Street 86, London.

Probate calendar 1879:

Administration of the Personal Estate of William Josiah Webb Tuckett late of 68 Charlotte-street Fitzroy-square in the County of Middlesex Gentleman a Batchelor who died 3 March 1855 at 68 Charlotte-street was granted at the Principal Registry to Emily Georgina Smith of 255 Rue St. Honoré Paris in France Spinster the Administratrix of the Personal Estate of Maria Smith Widow the Sister only Next of Kin and sole Person entitled.>

That <7> is actually the <y> in January. The 31st is correct.

Newspaper notices upon his death put his age as 42, so he could have been born in 1812.
