RECENT GAMES:
In 2011, FIDE Master Peredun tied for 1st-2nd with Jackie Peng in the Canadian Amateur. In 2004, he tied for 1st-2nd with Hans Rudolf Jung in the open section of the Oktoberfest tournament and has led on Kitchener's (top board of 'A' group) team tournaments in the past. In 2011, he coached a portion of the 40 players for Canada at the (November 17th-27th) World Youth Chess Championship in Brazil. He coached the World Youth Championship (2012) and World Youth Championship (Girls) (2012) teams and was back coaching in 2014 for their Canadian youth team (1) during a visit to South Africa (scoring 6/11 at the 2014 Durban open). He won clear 2nd place at the 2016 Canadian open (and possibly with an IM norm), behind tournament winner Gergely Antal but ahead of Gergely Szabo who scored clear 3rd overall.
