Winser won 25 Hastings and St Leonards Chess Club championships. Has any other player won a club championship more than 25 times?

Dec-09-18  Nosnibor: Played William Winser in the Major Open held in Hastings in August 1965.I was aware that he played the 4 Pawns attack against the King`s Indian but was able to hold the game and a draw resulted after 43 moves. Winser scored 1 win ,9 draws and 1 loss and I was able to finish slightly above him on 6/11 but had to play 2 of the joint winners Brogden and Nicolai.Mr.Winser was a very gentle and respected person and I believe that his club championship record may never have been beaten. From what I gleaned he ran a grocery business.
