Jan-29-14  kereru: What an amazing coincidence... all three of his norms were achieved in the Tula region in Russia, and all three were in tournaments directed by our friend Vladimir Afromeev, and in each tournament one or two players had very bad results, finishing with something like 0.5/9 or 1/9. Amazing.

the wikipedia date isn't sourced, while september is listed in the title application submitted by the iranian chess federation to fide -- i'll go with the official document.
