Apr-07-14 | | SickedChess: go Moro go! :-) |
Apr-07-14 | | Davalillo: What happened to Nepo? |
Apr-07-14 | | waustad: On the women's side there are many fewer games, and many of the usual suspects are playing in the Grand Prix in Khanty-Mansiysk instead. |
Apr-07-14 | | Eti fan: Kamsky was held to 92 moves draw https://arena.chessdom.com/#/game/s... |
Apr-07-14 | | waustad: Several of the players who didn't play in the first round played in the German Bundesliga yesterday. Nepomniachtchi is scheduled to play against Karjakin tomorrow. http://chess-results.com/tnr130202.... |
Apr-08-14 | | Davalillo: Thanks. |
Apr-08-14 | | Refused: And Grischuk is beating Morozevich convincingly. Moro simply got outplayed there. |
Apr-08-14 | | Refused: Timofeev-Efimenko looked quite interesting. Though 28...d3 was hardly the best idea. |
Apr-08-14 | | fromoort: Quite a gathering in the Loo. |
Apr-09-14 | | Arcturar: Nice play from Sascha Grischuk so far! Hope he keeps it up! |
Apr-09-14 | | Arcturar: I'm also rooting for Karjakin, who is fresh from an excellent second half of the Candidates tournament. |
Apr-09-14 | | Chris321: <Arcturar: I'm also rooting for Karjakin, who is fresh from an excellent second half of the Candidates tournament.>Me too,i like Karjakin, this guy got plenty of the good stuff,an he can play!. |
Apr-09-14 | | SirRuthless: Good to see Gata and Moro in action again. Wild and wooly chess to entertain the masses. |
Apr-09-14 | | paavoh: Are they really playing this in "Loo" (as posted on the front page)?
Another Toiletgate in the making? |
Apr-09-14
 | | perfidious: <paavoh> There is even more than one place by that name: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loo#P...
How do you like them apples? |
Apr-09-14 | | Arcturar: Yup, Grischuk is totally killing it. He just beat Vitiugov (who is no pushover) and has 3/3. |
Apr-09-14 | | Refused: Vitiugov lost a pawn in the opening. Grischuk was able to hold onto that pawn and converted it. Thus Grischuk has now 3/3 and has passed Caruana, Kramnik and Anand on the live rating list. Thus there he is #3 now. |
Apr-09-14 | | Everett: Not bad for a poker player. |
Apr-09-14 | | Appaz: Grischuk climbs to #3 in the live rating. Worlds strongest smoker! |
Apr-10-14 | | Conrad93: Can Grischuk break the 2800+ barrier this year? |
Apr-10-14 | | Refused: Grischuk with an easy draw today against Alekseev. Neither side seemed to be in a real fighting mood today. |
Apr-11-14 | | Refused: It looks like Grischuk is going for 4.5/5.
Weird looking opening, and now he has Tomashevsky in the ropes. |
Apr-11-14 | | Refused: Jobava is also enjoying an excellent tournament. Today he was able to beat Svidler. |
Apr-11-14 | | optimuswise: Jobava also in great form! He has 4./5. by beating Jakovenko, Kamsky and Svidled. Impressive! |
Apr-11-14 | | mindanalyzer: Dominguez 4/5 too, #10 in live ratings |
