Some kind of error maybe, or <chessgames.com> just hasn't sorted out the ECO codes yet for whatever reason. Apr-03-05    biglo: Cork was designated the European City of Culture for a year (open to cities within the European Union). This was a European Union Chess Championship held in conjunction with that. Apparently he missed the last round - had an appointment with a cross.
