Apr-15-17  PhilFeeley: The description above is for the Zurich Chess Challenge. A little editing needs to be done.
Apr-16-17  Sokrates: Fantastic start by Nils Grandelius.
Apr-16-17  morfishine: <PhilFeeley> Thanks, I was beginning to think that Kramnik must really be stinking it up, he's not even on the first page! lol

Apr-16-17  morfishine: Wew, Rapport is really playing some dynamic chess, u gotta check out his games

Apr-17-17  waustad: It's nice to see Kozul doing so well. His best result was probably becoming European Champion, but that was more than a decade ago. It would be great seeing him get a share of first place at age 50.
Apr-18-17  paavoh: Vitiugov won, "Rang zwei geht an Maxim Matlakov. Auf den Plätzen drei und vier landeten Etienne Bacrot und Zdenko Kozul."
Apr-18-17  sonia91: A pity Fedoseev didn't win, after 7 rounds he was on 6.5/7...anyway, congratulations to Vitiugov, I think this is only his 2nd victory of a major open, after Gibraltar 2013

Tabanus: http://ergebnisse.grenkechessopen.d..., CG's standings list updated according to this. Several players have missing games, incl. Annaberdiev (6th place) who has 7 games (he and several others were not on the list before). And two wrong game results detected (slips sent).
