Adhiban and Wang Hao have played only 4 games with White, so they both might get White pieces in the last round, unless they are playing each other. That could be interesting to wait and see the draw for final day. Meanwhile, Andrekin has already played 5 games with White pieces, which should leave him with Black pieces and also might be facing Wang Hao as he and Adhiban have played each other in earlier round. Many others also are looking for a win in final round to catch up with the table leaders in case they all draw in last round. It's going to be anyone's day and that would be a Big Day winning the tourney and also first prize money! Very exciting finish and looking forward to the last day! |

Wang Hao was leading in a comfortable position when he made a slight wrong decision to place his King in a position to allow his opponent to play a decisive trap! Now Alexandr Predke is among the leaders and he has played Adhiban and Wang Hao in last two rounds for 1.5 points! He might be facing Andrekin in last round, but he might get the advantage of having White pieces. Again, I might be talking too early without knowing how the final day draws would be decided in this format. Super Exciting!! |
