Kibitzer's Corner
May-24-04  Whitehat1963: Someone want to tell me why this is called the Fischer-Sozin Attack when obviously it was played long before Fischer was born?
Jan-15-05  hjsukthankar: Maybe he was instrumental in the development of the opening's theory, or helped popularize it in his time?

keypusher: Because if it was called the Alexander G. Sellman Attack, no one would play it.
Aug-17-14  siegbert: A old book I have on the Sicilian sozin describes this as game 1 of that opening.
Nov-09-19  SymphonicKnight: This game is unique from 11.Nbd5, surprisingly. Zukertort got obliterated. Again, the opium and illness certainly affected him late in this tournament.
