Honza Cervenka: White gave up c-file, and it was enough for Botvinnik to win the game with ease.

OhioChessFan: I am thinking 19. Ra1 to dislodge the Queen before a3 would have been better.

plang: The Exchange Slav with a kingside fianchetto isn't very logical. 10 h3? doesn't seem to have a purpose. Once Black had control of the c-file his advantage was obvious.

perfidious: Dull as dishwater and offers no hope of advantage--unimpressive combination.
