perfidious: Another rough outing for Black in the old main line of the Falkbeer after the superficially attractive, but dubious 7....Bf2+ 8.Kd1 Qxd5+, which had long since been replaced by the 7....Bf5 of the famous encounter Spielmann vs Tarrasch, 1923.

In this game, White deviates from 14.Bc4, as played in Reti vs Breyer, 1918 and led to a speedy victory.
