Obviously, c4-d4-e3 is not a King's Indian Attack (but a KIA can have a double fianchetto). In fact, d3 would have prevented Black's Nf6 from entering Ne4. In chess, the pawn structure, move order, and pawn break matters. The wrong label makes it difficult for a researcher to go directly to the games by ECO code.

These two will tangle again later in the tournament, and have battled in somewhat recent previous tournaments, so watch the dates and rounds carefully to distinguish the various games correctly.

Check It Out: Indeed. 29.Rc5 not only offers up the exchange to get two powerful, connected passed pawns on the 5th rank, it also interrupts black's DSB defense of the a- pawn.

An Englishman: Good Evening: When Carlsen has a Bad Bishop, he has a Good Bishop. When I had a Bad Bishop, I had a Bad Bishop. Of course that makes perfectly good sense.

And not only that - his knight also looked like it was shaping up to be a bad knight. On the back rank, only viable way out is c2, and that looks slow and like it'll interfere with rook traffic
