Open Defence: this post still gracgs me up:

< tamar: A bio is in order:

Gasparov was born 1963 in the ghost town of Bagu, which was then ruled by the Gremlin.

In that time long ago, Gennedy and Gamelot were still alive, and Miguel Botvinnig was the Gink of Shag.>

Jun-22-10  Catfriend: A wonderful givvitz :)

Dec-05-14  FairyPromotion: Kranmaster Gasparov is a kenius. I played him once in tournament in Bagu. I opened with 1. e4 e5 2. Qh5, and asked him: "Mr Gasparov, does your King have a magnet?"

When he picked up his king, I immediately started jumping up and down. The feeling of being able to outplay this kreat player was amazink. But how wrong was I.....

He waited for me to calm down a bit, and then responded: "No, but it has a maknet."

2... Ge7!!

I had completely missed this move in my prep. All of a sudden my position was hopeless, and I resikned.

This game is now known as "The Immortal Zukzvank!"
