Kibitzer's Corner
Aug-27-14  zanzibar: Maybe another case of two FIDE cards for the same player:

<Haufiku Toshi> (active card w wrong name (see below)) http://ratings.fide.com/card.phtml?...

<Margareth Toshi Haufiku> (no games) http://ratings.fide.com/card.phtml?...

What should the <CG> name be?

If <Toshi Haufiku> is correct then the FIDE name is wrong (note the lack of commas).

Here is a regional report using <Toshi Haufiku>:

<Lishen Mentile finished second, while new girl on the block Toshi Haufiku managed to secure her first-ever podium spot third at the nationals by finishing third.

http://allafrica.com/stories/201404...

But then, from the same site we have <Haufiku Toshi>:

Tjaronda, Mentile and Haufiku have now made it into the women's national team, along with Kamutuua Tjatindi, who finished fourth.>

The women's team has an average rating of zero and consists of Kamutuua Tjatindi, Haufiku Toshi, Rauha Shipindo, Jolly Nepando, and captain El-Shaadai Aluteni.

However, this page is probably definitive, and has her as <Toshi Haufiku>, with a picture of her 3rd place finish:
