Kibitzer's Corner
Jul-26-04  Cecil Brown: This is English WIM Heather Richards.

Not to be confused with the Upstate New York country/folk songstress of the same name (as if!)

I think the game against Kosteniuk is from the 2004 European Women's Championship in Dortmund, where Heather finished a creditable 22nd.

GrahamClayton: Richards is now living in Australia, nd gives the odd simul as well as playing in various weekender tournaments.
Dec-05-13  gbekker: WIM Heather Richards has just agreed to play in the 2014 Australian Women's Masters tournament in January.
Jul-24-14  Once: Surely she needs a bit more bio than "She is a WIM" .... ?

Only saying...

Richards lives at Gladstone in Queensland, and has recently been given approval to represent Australia. She would be a good chance to play in the Olympiad for Australia at Baku in 2016.
