  Tabanus: According to http://www.chesscenter.com/twic/twi... from 2001,

"It seems its practically impossible to get a name changed in the list. [...] Andranik Matikozyan (his preferred spelling) is called "Matikozian" by FIDE .."

Today (April 2009) FIDE still lists Andranik Matikozian.
