FSR: You don't want to sit next to this guy.
Mar-18-13  TheFocus: That's his secret weapon at the board.

He is the author of <Smelly Tactics>.

Mar-18-13  Jim Bartle: Don't be too harsh. He posts here as User: theodor
Mar-18-13  TheFocus: <Jim> Are you sure? His e-mail address has theodorgyurovsky.
Mar-18-13  Jim Bartle: Come on, it's a joke. Look at his name.
Mar-18-13  TheFocus: Yeah, but this <theodor> guy might just come kick our assets.
Mar-18-13  Jim Bartle: OK, I'll change it.

I wonder if this guy is related to User: theodor

FSR: <perfidious> I know her brother, Tony Sillars, but haven't seen him for eons. Of course their father, the late Robertson Sillars, wrote the <Reader's Showcase> column in <Chess Life & Review>/<Chess Life> for many years.

perfidious: <FSR> Kate and I played a few events together in Massachusetts in the 1980s, but never met at the board; believe she was about 1900. Not sure whether I knew then that Rob Sillars was her father, but eventually heard that.
