Aug-01-16  Virgil A: Another round of Congratulations to GM Julio. That's clear first. Congratz!
Aug-02-16  Pulo y Gata: I was rooting for NOTSteve’s! Fault to win the 2016 Manhattan Chess Open.
Aug-04-16  Virgil A: FYI. GM Julio wrote an article in the uschess.org

Aug-09-16  Virgil A: Pasok si GM Antonio.

GM Julio leads the RP team.

Vakvakan na!

Aug-22-16  chessgm: Congratulations to GM Julio Sadorra for winning the just concluded Southern chess congress open. http://www.southernchesscongress.com/
Aug-22-16  epistle: Catas does it again! Congrats!
Aug-22-16  Virgil A: Another big win by GM Julio. Congratulations !
Aug-22-16  gokusano: The Philippines have a strong team. Experience which they have, will count in the development of camaraderie and teammanship. This team will be the surprise package at Baku and hopefully a strong finish for them at the Olympiad. The only setback I can see is the lack of sufficient time to train together.
Aug-23-16  epistle: they have a strong chance of finishing ahead of team USA
Aug-23-16  MCDreams: Pathetic lineup. This team of corrupt NCFP is not even a match for US junior team. Corrupt NCFP can't produce new talents they have to drag grandpa's ass to the olympiad.
Aug-24-16  wordfunph: It is an authentic line-up. All the players honour their parents and their country, and not one is unhinged.
Aug-24-16  MCDreams: Authentically pathetic, a mixed bag of grandpas and overaged junior rejects.
Aug-24-16  wordfunph: they are like fine wine. they are waging into greatness
Aug-24-16  MCDreams: <wordfunph: waging into greatness>

Another novelty by the <man of letters>. (Pretentious as ever).

Aug-25-16  wordfunph: aging, obviously. But when you sometimes type as fast as you think, and when you're a man of letters, some letters insinuate themselves into your prose in their desire to be part of your literary output.
Aug-30-16  Virgil A: GM Julio. May you win an Olympiad medal for you and your countrymen. Good luck!
Aug-30-16  Pulo y Gata: May the force be with you, GM Ino!
Sep-01-16  wordfunph: all the best, GM Ino!

itaguyod ang board #1, fight!

Sep-01-16  Pulo y Gata: Casado na si Catalino "Catas" Sadorra! Bring home the juice Catas!
Sep-03-16  Virgil A: GM Julio. Bigyan mo ng magandang laban si GM Ramirez. Unang talon, unang kikig. Good luck!
Sep-03-16  Virgil A: Good icebreaker on his first game at Baku Olympiad 2016. Draw with highly rated GM Neuris Ramirez of Paraguay. A game with sharp imbalances and tactics. For a minute there I thought GM Julio would convert it to a win. Both Rooks and the Queen on seventh rank but Black found a repetition of moves to salvage a draw. Nice game.
Sep-03-16  Virgil A: Matulis ang tulak ni GM Julio kanina. Sana pumatak bukas. Pulbusin mo, Julio :)
Sep-04-16  Virgil A: Bakante uli sa round 3. Palagay ko sabak si Julio sa rounds 4 to 11. Sakto sa Happy Birthday sept 14.
Sep-07-16  Virgil A: Pinoy Pride. Take care, Julio.
