He expected to find white supremacists who wanted to help re-elect President Trump by stoking fear of Black people. What he discovered instead were true believers in “insurrectionary anarchism.”>

On the other side of that coin, I wonder if you stay up on what Israel's enemies are doing, in light of these historical peace initiatives, which they are very angry about. Turkey, Jordan (Hamas has a strong presence there and the old treaty with Jordan is a bit on the frosty side) and Iran are working together, loosely in some ways and closely in other ways, to reverse these new peace deals.

For decades, the US policy toward peace in the Middle East has centered around first solving the Palestinian issue and then the broader Middle East will follow, but Trump realized that hasn't worked so he did it the opposite way. He went to the Middle East abroad, talked to different Arab and Islamic countries, and started bringing them together with Israel for peace.

The idea is that these other countries have been held hostage by the Palestinians and they're tired of it. They know that peace with Israel would be extremely beneficial in so many ways, least of all economically. They are tired of ponying up money to the Palestinians each year to help them survive, when year after year, time after time, the Palestinians reject all kinds of peace offerings, including two-state solutions. It's been said that the Palestinians never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

With Trump brokering these peace deals, the Arab nations are quickly coming to the table to negotiate real peace deals with Israel, and eventually the Palestinians will find themselves on the outside looking in. It's happening already.

John Kerry, the former secretary of state under Obama, mocked and ridiculed Trump harshly when he took office, saying that it's a huge blunder to try to work around the Palestinian issue and that, plus moving the embassy to Jerusalem, would only make things worse and isolate Israel.

That has been proven false, but that's no big surprise as the libs never have the right idea anyhow when it comes to politics.
