<Format>:

[player]-[player] [result] [# of MOVES]

==4 Different Scoring Methods==

Standard Moves Ranker (1st place-Over[3pts], 1st place-Under [7pts], Exact [10pts])

Bonus Ranker (3rd place-Over[1pts],2nd place-Over[2pts],3rd place-Under [5pts], 2nd place-Under [6pts]

Standard Moves/Bonus Ranker [Add all to together]

1st place Ranker [how many 1st place you have in Standard Moves Ranker]

For example:

<Note: Participants 3, 4, and 5 are predicated on nobody scoring an exact as Participant 2 did. If someone hits an exact, the closest score under and over will score the points for second place.>

Actual Game: [player]-[player] 0-1 45

Participant 1: [player]-[player] 1/2 45
Participant 2: [player]-[player] 0-1 45
Participant 3: [player]-[player] 0-1 44
Participant 4: [player]-[player] 0-1 43
Participant 5: [player]-[player] 0-1 46

Participant 1: No points even though 45 is correct. Results must be correct. If Result is wrong and moves # is correct...you get no points whatsoever

Participant 2: 10 pts rewarded for correct Result/moves #

Participant 3: 7 pts rewarded for closest under (1st-Under) to 45 moves

Participant 4: 6 pts rewarded for the 2nd closest under (2nd-Under) to 45 moves.

Participant 5: 3 pts rewarded closest OVER(1st-OVER) to 45 moves.

Again, the description of Participant 3, 4, and 5 are based on there being no exact prediction as made by Participant 2.

<IF> there is an exact or an under closest, the highest scoring over participant will be 2nd over. The second closest over will be 3rd over. The <ONLY> time there will be a first over is if there is no exact or under winner.

  OhioChessFan: ** Round 12 Recap (Missing) **

Apparently <GE> has joined <chessmoron> in the Trump For President Campaign. I have left an urgent plea for him to return long enough to process the round 12 standings. The media requests for the information have become too much and the computer network at Graceland is about to crash under the pressure. Fortunately, some of the TV and print reporters demanding our results have been distracted by the NCAA basketball tournament-for a while. We hope to correct this situation presently.

Penguincw: < OCF: ... I have left an urgent plea for him to return long enough to process the round 12 standings. >

One thing <GE> could've done was not post any results at all. Might not be a bad idea to increase suspense.

OhioChessFan: ** Round 12 Recap (For Real) **

<GE> excused himself from the Trump campaign long enough to post our updated standings, much to the relief of millions of Prediction Contest fans. The Donald called <GE> a jerk for leaving, whereupon <GE> said "Why don't you ever call <chessmoron> that?" The Donald replied, "What, the guy is 7 foot 4. And have you seen how big his hands are? I may be crazy but I ain't stupid." Meanwhile, <Switch> continues his torrid streak and still leads in 3 Rankers. <WinKing> leads the other Ranker.

<whiteshark> continues on his quest to pick the most games with White winning. So far, in 12 rounds, he's picked White 49 times. Asked to comment, he simply shrugged and said "White wins matter."

Can <Switch> hold on, or even win a quadruple crown? <OhioChessFan> called a timeout hoping to freeze <Switch> because he saw coaches in the basketball tournament doing that and thought it would be really cool to try here. Timeout granted, so the tournament will be on hold tomorrow. Will the Trump campaign take <GE> back? Will <whiteshark> pick a draw or a Black win? Will someone volunteer to be the Bookie? Will <chessmoron> and <GE> get The Donald to award $100,000 to the person who wins this contest, ala Warren Buffett? Stay tuned for the answers to these and many other pressing questions. 2 rounds to go and the crowd is on their feet.

Caruana - Svidler 1/2. 44
Aronian - Karjakin 1-0. 48
Topalov - Nakamura 1/2. 39
Anand - Giri 1-0. 40

Mar-25-16  Golden Executive: *Explanation*

When <chessmoron> said "I may not be able...." I understood it like a 'maybe' and that was the reason I included in my reply an "I would.....if you want".

Since I had no confirmation, I decided to wait until <chessmoron> or <OCF> give me green light.

Just a communication issue, no big deal. For the next rounds I will post the results as usual.:)
