HeMateMe: I vote <SetNoEscapeOn> for best historian

I vote "Ain't it Funny How the Knight Moves" (Mieses vs Seger, 1890) for best/worst pun of the year.

Jan-16-15  gauer: Although having seen a few issues differently at Biographer Bistro , voting < User: Tabanus > (in category 11) for his excellent collections of tournaments, and for the weeks of time spent researching each to make a (non-mandatory) tournament introductory report. His other player biographies and bistro reports have seemed to have led the other less experienced writers there this past year.

Voting for (also a very enjoyable game to watch the 1st time) < M Cebalo vs Vasiukov, 2014 - Cebalo 13 > for category 12 in another day of 2 difficult choices.

And sorry, FSR, to come across a bit angry on Sunday, as I've been pretty busy all week, and do get a bit sensitive on the occasions that 3rd parties attempt to suggest how/whether/when to provide a vote. Sorry about the misinterpretation of your post, after only a quick glance. But it would sure be nice for the vote tallier in future years to provide more time for making votes, and less time for spending on the nominations - which all seems fairly hurried.

Jan-16-15  morfishine: I voted for <Tabanus> for Best Historian

I voted for J Sunye Neto vs Romanishin, 1980 "Neto Fiddles while Romanishin Burns" for Best Pun
