Your best plan would be f2-f4-f5 attacking on the Kingside, so maybe Nd2 or Nh2 here. That means you want your KR on f1 and your QR on d1 (OK) or e1 (better), so 12. Rac1!? is not your best choice, especially since you soon played a2-a4 where you would want your QR on a1. I also think Qd2 would have improved before over Qe2, avoiding any pins on the e file.
