Jan-09-12  lostemperor: Hey this Caissar new! My vote for best avatar is <SwitchingQuylthulg>. Not because the Santa thumbnail is something special but I can get the Christmas feeling everyday if I look at it :) I don't understand best post? Is that a single post of last year? Anyway Im not so up to date and I am sure all nominated deserve it! Good old funny poster I know are tpstar and WannaBe. I guess my vote goes to <WannaBe> if only on tie breaker:)
Jan-09-12  soldal: HMM,
What I see, is that you may have made four nominations (also, see hms123's latest post above).

WannaBe: <HeMateMe> The names in parenthesis, are the people who made the nomination.

e.g. Post, <tpstar> was nominated by Switch, and you.

No one have nominated you in the Best Written Post category.

Check It Out: For the sake of the preceding argument between <Golden Executive> and <frogbert>, here is the post I voted for:

<hedgeh0g: Here, in the vast wilderness of the internet, we find the rarest of creatures: the Goldsby. Having made its nest in Chessgames, it proceeds to examine its surroundings in search of attention.

The winter months are hard on all creatures here and the Goldsby is no exception. As the excess attention stored up during the summer months is depleted, the Goldsby attempts to replenish its supply by promoting its website.

However, this fascinating creature must take care. The Goldsby's natural predator, the Troop, is out hunting and will not pass up the chance for a free meal. Tired and hungry, the Troop catches the scent and is immediately drawn into the trap. The Goldsby attacks viciously and the Troop responds in kind, feeding it, but also temporarily wounding its ego. Some onlookers witness the scene with interest; they will have to wait their turn.

Having bitten off a bit more than it can chew, the Goldsby flees to the safety of the Admin, the king of these woods. There will be no more bloodshed, at least for today.>
