I checked our credit card records and I see three attempted charges around Nov 24 18:26:42 (server time). All three charges were made with the same card, and all three were declined. I don't believe there is anything to refund; I believe if you examine your statement carefully you'll see these were declined charges. I can't really tell why they were declined from the information I have, although part of it might make me guess the it was an incorrect CVV code (the 3 digits on the back). So here are two suggestions. First, just try again and try to enter the CC information very carefully, especially when it comes to the 3-digits on the back of the card. Failing that, my I suggest that you establish a PayPal account? If so, you'll find PayPal very useful and safe for many internet purposes, and it is guaranteed to work when you check out using our PayPal page. |

From our perspective, it looks like you entered a card with almost-right information but something was a little off (e.g. the 3 digits on the back) — and when that happens the system approved the charge then a few seconds later it voids it. Sometimes this causes people to believe they've been charged, because they see the charge on their statement, but in fact their balance hasn't changed. I find it surprising that your money is apparently locked up but that might be an issue with your local bank policy. If you'd be willing to send me a copy of your credit card/bank statement perhaps I can help you make sense of it. In any case, please rest assured that no matter what's going on here, we'll make things right. |
