| May-06-16 | | Jabot: Thanks for the reply. I probably should have noticed the possibility it could be read two ways with the Bb4. By the way. The zip-file for 2016 is a bit out of date. (almost 2 months). Any chance we could get an updated one?
Also, just curious why I get a pgn download button for most searches but not for when I search the year equal to 2016? Is it just the total number of games, like over 5,000 or something? |

 | | chessgames.com: <By the way. The zip-file for 2016 is a bit out of date. (almost 2 months).> No problem, we'll schedule a recompilation right now. It takes about 2 hours so look for it later today. <Also, just curious why I get a pgn download button for most searches but not for when I search the year equal to 2016? Is it just the total number of games, like over 5,000 or something?> Yes there is a cutoff (forget exactly what) about what files you can download that way. It's for the same reason you can't do a search that returns 20,000 results — it's just too taxing on the database and begs for a more efficient method. |

 | | tpstar: <chessgames.com> It is a longstanding tradition that the worst rulebreakers in site history are always the first who come running to the Administrators because someone else broke the rules. Kramnik supporters did it, Carlsen Fanboys did it, Wesley So Fan Cult members did it, The Seven did it, and all three Notorious Cyberstalkers have done it over and over and over again. He can't handle losing - just like before. He comes here looking for a fight and invariably finds one. He has a pathologic need for attention, plus a psychopathic desire to hurt people. There is no cure for either. From a Psychiatric standpoint, he is a lost cause. Please stop enabling his damage, or even indulging him. You don't have time for this. |

| May-09-16 | | User not found: Carry on Chessgames starring Tpstar as the lead actor. Who are you to tell someone else that <they> don't have time for something? What business is this of yours? None. Daniel's recieved the email from my solicitor, he's seen the proof of everything I've said. Now stick this post in your hard-drive too. Smiles everyone, smiles :) |

|
| May-09-16 | | Keyser Soze: <tpstar> Excelente post. That sumarizes everything. Also I think <it is> everybody's business specially in case we have someone out of control threatening the site owners while breaking the posting guidelines daily. <And ftr. I didn't "run to the admins" My solicitor did :)> By your insistent request which is the same, actually even worse, dragging this fine site to a lousy legal adventure, "demanding" the Adms to "cooperate" (do what you think is "right"). Swell. :o)) |

| May-10-16 | | User not found: Hi Daniel. Thanks for replying to my solicitor. She'll get back to you next week as we're both on holiday right now (not together of course, lol). I'll have the police contact you regarding <certain> times and dates and they'll also contain letters from my doctor (you'll understand why when you see them). I've just spoken to someone who said you're cool with deleting my real name and I'm happy with that, plus what you've agreed to give and do. Thank you. Right. I'm out of here for a week or so. Enjoy yourselves folks X |

 | | Domdaniel: <tpstar> Please try to understand -- Mark is *not* a bad person. He may have acted rashly at times in the past, but he's really one of the good guys. And this is not a case of Stockholm Syndrome. Yes, I was harassed for a while, ages back. But it's long over. |

 | | tpstar: 1. He has repeatedly misused this space to air his off-site damage. 2. He just called the Webmaster "liar" and "coward" in public. 3. He has repeatedly cyberstalked my chessforum. Read it yourself. 4. As <Nemesistic> he was one of The Seven booted out of here for a week, making him a repeat offender. 5. His misbehavior in the Kibitzer's Café (along with <Travis Bickle> and <fab4>) led to the rule change about mini probation. <Domdaniel> You were the same way when Notorious Cyberstalker #2 bothered the person who ran the site awards, so he doesn't do it any longer. I have juniors and students visit here all the time and I do not appreciate exposing them to this criminal element. |

| May-10-16 | | Keyser Soze: <<domdaniel> He may have acted rashly at times in the past,> > "Rashly", you mean like a pest? You are one of the clueless people around here domdaniel. He still act crazy in the present..Even against the adm , calling them "coward" weekly."One of the good guys", Yeah, riiight. Sorry, "be one of the good guys" don't excuse past or present misbehaving. As for this last post, did you knew that he is faking his medical condition just to make a legal case against me? Go to <Karposian> forum, shows him mocking his new "agorafobia" to make a legal case there. In other posts he states the same. I <saved> a post of him mocking an "lolling" answering me about that, yeahh "Im sick, I can't leave the house Im having nightmares lolol" And then days later he brags about going to pubs, drink and how high he was, too old for that, blahblah. Now he is obsessive (and deluded) to put me in jail..In my book, domdaniel, a "good guy " don't call the Adm's coward everyday, don't stalk people here, following them to bait them (like he do to me ,Abdel Irada and others he has a feud), don't <threat and brag> about how he will put other members in jail (?!) like he did in your forum as well. But if you take his word as a gospel about everything, then ok, take him home and nurse him. Anyway, definitively you are not Mr. current affairs, domdaniel. You have a good afternoon. |

 | | OhioChessFan: <Domdaniel: <tpstar> Please try to understand -- Mark is *not* a bad person. He may have acted rashly at times in the past, but he's really one of the good guys.> If someone who breaks rules on a daily basis and calls the Webmaster a "liar" and a "coward" and insists that the owner of this site is responsible for what happens <on other sites> still allows him to be a "good guy", I daresay you are grading on the curve. |
