jessicafischerqueen: Your over there regimen sounds salubrious! Interestingly, in Canada we save time by spelling "music and poker" as "moker." Initially we spelled it "poomus" but that sounded a little too declasse, even for us...

Aug-15-13  Alien Math: Watch a movie name The Village, appears as suspense not horror, possible older movie type.
Aug-15-13  playground player: <Alien Math> Do you mean <The Village> by M. Night Shyamalan? I saw that--wasn't bad. Unfortunately, this guy's movie-marking art seems to be deteriorating at a very early age.

Aug-16-13  Karpova: Just in case you are ever longing for something funny to read, here is a game with discussion back from 2004: Janowski vs Marshall, 1904

It's another nice case of the untitled, unrated guy exposing himself and how to deal with him.

WCC Editing Project: So many to choose from eh?
Aug-16-13  Travis Bickle: Yes Jess to choose a best Beatles song especially for Paul or John anyway you'd have to pick which genre: pop, ballad, breakthrough song, best rocker etc. lol! How about this for best Lennon Rock song?

http://youtu.be/YF_TdJv4nQ0

Aug-16-13  Travis Bickle: Now Jess, this is definitely not 1 of Paul's best Beatles song. ; P

WCC Editing Project: <Travis> I surrender to "Revolution" as best John rock song!!

Ok for breakthrough song for *both*, what about nominating this one, since they both wrote parts for it?

It really is a tremendous breakthrough because this song almost single handedly invented both "Prog Rock" and the "Mini Opera" :

Aug-16-13  Travis Bickle: I agree Jess on best breakthrough song, but as a collaboration, another sub genre. ; P

I think this John's best breakthrough song written alone. http://youtu.be/9r4mJ3aEhHo

WCC Editing Project: Heh ok we have another category then.

I'm absolutely not going to argue with "Strawberry Fields" as John's best breakthrough. I used to have a tape that was just filled with "Strawberry Fields" outtakes, and it was the scariest sound I ever heard in my life.

A dark genius at work here underneath the uplifting spirit, "Strawberry Fields" has both at the same time.

Maybe this one for John "breakthrough", runner up?
